This course is designed to give student-teachers weekly experience in the classroom and school environment. Student-teachers will become familiar with the Israeli classroom and the implementation of the English Curriculum 2020 as outlined by the Ministry of Education. Students will be exposed to a variety of language and teaching approaches and methods. An important focus will be on exposure to and implementation of 21st century skills and technology. You will also have the opportunity to practice and develop these techniques in front of a whole classroom and within small groups. In addition, you will work as part of a team, observing and encouraging your fellow student-teachers to develop their teaching skills.
