Classroom management is a field which incorporates strategies in different areas:  class management, instruction, organization of learning and of learners, navigation and problem solving, in order to create positive class atmosphere for meaningful learning.
We will look at the classroom from an ecological paradigm. Classroom ecology focuses on the classroom micro-system, seeking to describe and explain the interactions of students’ thoughts and behaviors with teachers’ management of academic goals and learning tasks. The ecological paradigm conceptualizes teaching-learning as a set of interrelated task systems, all of which are influenced by the accountability strategies utilized by the teacher.

How to create communicative interactions which will establish the classroom as a community of learners based on mutual trust and respect? How to design and organize the learning environment to meet and support the pedagogical goals and learners needs? How to create class collaboration in learning
